Fishing
Pole fishing and ice fishing (jigging) are permitted in the area free of charge, in accordance with Everyman’s Rights. Fishing with lures requires the lure fishing permit of Metsähallitus for the Pohjanmaa – Kainuu region (permit no. 4401) or the provincial lure permit of the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry. Fishing with nets is forbidden in the national park.
