The Syöte ski centres offer downhill skiers alternatives ranging from easy to challenging. There is plenty of snow on the groomed slopes as well as outside the slopes, and you can ski all evening long on the illuminated slopes.
The high-class slopes in Syöte guarantee memorable slope experiences also for children. The snowboarders of Iso-Syöte can enjoy the almost kilometre long street, with plenty of challenges, from several presses to wallrides and boxes for snowboarders of all levels. Many downhill skiers consider the slope profiles of Syöte the most versatile in the country. Long front slopes offer activities for those who like slower runs, but the back slopes of the fell offer speed and challenges for slope maniacs. When it has been snowing, you can find drop-ins and other challenging runs in the freeride area for the experienced skiers.
There are different competitions and events arranged in Syöte throughout the season, also attracting professionals of the sport to visit the area.
